But because there were so many moving pieces: Authentication. Payments. AI. Storage. APIs. It’s replacing a lot of the repetitive work around development. The bottleneck was never writing code. It's understanding tradeoffs and keeping the project moving in the right direction. In many ways, the new developer role feel less like “programmer” and more like “director" to me now. You’re still responsible for the outcome. You just have a much larger team now. 🛠 What I’m buildingLast weekend I finally completed my Olympic-distance triathlon. It took up a surprising amount of mental bandwidth over the last months, so it’s nice to have that chapter wrapped up. On the Tiny Harvest side, I shipped a bug-fix release last week and I’m now working on the next season pass. And honestly, I’m excited to spend more time creating content again.
